Is anyone familiar with Amy Goodman from Democracy Now? How do you feel about her recent arrest at the RNC?

VAWA clearly violates the 14th amendment and allows men to be arrested on accusations alone and denied due process. Allowing the government to pass laws which violate constitutional rights ( 1st and 14th) makes it easy for the poilice to rough up a leftist journalist like Amy Goodman and throw her in jail just because she is annoying.

When due process is denied, innocent people are punished. Now people like Amy Goodman are experiencing the police state they help promote by supporting the likes of Joe Biden by supporting Obama... She has a paradox on her hands now.

The way the law stands now, Amy Goodman is a criminal. She should be denied due process for getting physical with the police. She should lose her home and assets. The police officer who had to expend engery to restrain her should receive compensation from Amy Goodman. That's the Joe Biden VAWA way. Que Viva VAWA!
